From Verified to Billable: Why Credentialing and Enrollment Need to Work as One
Tuesday, May 12, 2026 at 11 a.m. PT
A provider gets credentialed, and then waits weeks to see patients. Or, even worse, doesn’t wait, and then cannot be reimbursed for services. Sound familiar? In many healthcare organizations, credentialing and payer enrollment operate as separate functions with separate timelines, separate owners, and no shared visibility. The result: providers who are credentialed on paper but can't bill, and revenue that stalls before it ever starts.
In this webinar, a veteran credentialer breaks down where the handoff between credentialing and enrollment most often goes wrong and what high-performing organizations do differently. Whether you manage one of these functions or both, you'll walk away with practical strategies to close the gap.
You'll learn:
- The most common friction points between credentialing and enrollment teams
- How to build a shared workflow that keeps both functions moving in sync
- What data and visibility you need to prevent enrollment from becoming the bottleneck
- How credentialing software shortens time-to-revenue
