Katie Pierson is a Regulatory Specialist at Ambulatory Healthcare Strategies. She brings nearly 20 years of nursing experience and has dedicated her career to providing exceptional care across a range of healthcare settings. Her journey began in acute and rehab hospital environments, where she developed both her clinical expertise and passion for patient care.
Katie later transitioned to ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs), where she held leadership roles including administrator, clinical director, vice president of clinical operations, and joint replacement program coordinator. In her current role, she supports ASCs by providing regulatory guidance and helping organizations navigate the compliance landscape.
