Amanda also spent six years supporting healthcare organizations within a Clinically Integrated Network where she led initiatives to identify financial opportunities that enable practitioners to prioritize patient care while adhering to key performance indicators established by insurers and federal practices. Amanda lives in Denver, Colo. and says she thrives on collaboration and is passionate about using her healthcare operations background to drive measurable results for the organizations she supports.

With over 21 years of experience in human capital management (HCM), Art specializes in helping enterprise healthcare organizations navigate complex challenges related to their HR systems. Art has spent more than a decade at Paylocity, where he currently works directly with healthcare executives and payroll/HR teams to build process frameworks, streamline operations, and maximize their use of software. He leads a team focused on helping clients simplify their HCM, technology integrations, identity management, and infrastructure. Art lives in Easton, Pennsylvania, with his wife, two children, and two energetic Siberian Huskies.
