Own the OSV: Find and Flag Gaps Before the Surveyor

Thursday, September 10, 2026 at 11 a.m. PT

Walk into your site visit confident — not because you got lucky, but because you’re prepared. You found the gaps. You caught the red flags. Your submitted documents completely align with the HRSA Site Visit Protocol (SVP).

In this live webinar, MedTrainer VP of Compliance Brian Williams lays out a path to get there. He has cross-checked and distilled every available resource and will break it down into 45 minutes of exactly what you have to submit for a HRSA Operational Site Visit (OSV). He’ll detail what to watch out for and how to prepare so you can avoid conditions on your Notice of Award and the high-cost, resource-draining progressive action process. Plus, you’ll get a comprehensive guide that you can refer back to anytime.

Join this webinar to gain insight to:

  • The documentation gaps and oversights most likely to become findings
  • Practices you can put in place now to make your next OSV easier
  • Why top-performing health centers use technology to prep for an OSV
