Diane Spell, MSW, LCSW
Clinical Supervisor and Outpatient Psychotherapist, Three Oaks Behavioral Health & Wellness
Diane Spell is a licensed clinical social worker who has been helping individuals and families navigate the complexities of life, relationships, and personal growth since 2010. She has worked in numerous different organizations, providing intensive in-home therapy services for children and families, as well as outpatient services to individuals, families, and couples. In addition to her work as a therapist, Diane currently manages clinical staff in her role at Three Oaks Behavioral Health & Wellness, a growing practice with more than 10 locations in and around Raleigh, N.C. Prior to this role, she served as director of human resources at The iDeal Hire, a healthcare recruiting agency. In her role, Diane managed all aspects of compliance including policies, investigations, corrective action plans, training, risk assessments and more.

Senior Learning Manager, MedTrainer
Hira Rashid uses her expertise in public policy to ensure MedTrainer course content meets the requirements for regulatory compliance and professional licensure. Hira earned both a Master’s degree and doctorate degree in public policy before joining MedTrainer in 2021. As the senior program manager, she collaborates with a team of SMEs to review legislative and regulatory changes in healthcare compliance requirements at the federal and state level, and leverages this information to create risk management plans for MedTrainer clients and create a strategic plan for course development. Hira closely follows changes and updates to state-specific compliance requirements, federal requirements, and accreditation organization standards for all major healthcare settings. In addition to expertise in public policy, Hira also has experience with statistical modeling and data analysis.
