Joyce works directly with healthcare organizations to understand their existing challenges and suggest solutions that help them to work more efficiently. Prior to joining MedTrainer, Joyce was a lead credentialing analyst, where she established credentialing and recredentialing processes, performed credential file audits, and developed relationships with payers. Joyce has worked with licensed professionals in many care settings and guided thousands of providers through the credentialing process. Based in Denver, Colorado, Joyce is a creative problem solver and team player.
