From Application to Approval: Controlling the Time and Cost of Credentialing a Physician

Tuesday, July 14, 2026 at 11 a.m. PT

Credentialing a physician is one of the most time-intensive and expensive processes in healthcare administration, and most organizations are absorbing those costs without fully understanding them. From chasing down documents to waiting on payer responses, the delays add up fast, and so does the revenue your organization isn't collecting while a provider sits uncredentialed.

In this webinar, we'll walk through the true time and cost of physician credentialing. We’ll reveal where costs inflate and evaluate your available options to take control of the time and expense.

You'll learn:

  • What the average physician credentialing timeline looks like and where the biggest delays occur
  • The real cost of delayed credentialing, including administrative hours and lost billing revenue
  • How manual processes, credentialing software, and outsourcing compare in terms of timeline and cost
  • Strategies to streamline the process from application to approval
