As CNECT’s Contracts Manager, Lori Lumpkin leads the Contracting team and RFP program, bringing over 17 years of experience in contract management and strategic sourcing. In her four-plus years at CNECT, Lori has shaped the organization’s contract strategy, developed enablement tools to drive member growth, and strengthened supplier partnerships. She plays a key role in aligning strategically sourced categories with member priorities and upholding CNECT’s Competitive Bid contracting policy to meet procurement requirements, particularly within the FQHC space. Lori collaborates closely with vendor partners to tailor offerings to the unique needs of CNECT’s diverse membership. Lori is excited about the partnership between MedTrainer and CNECT and looks forward to delivering this valuable solution to members.
Brian S. Williams
VP of Compliance, MedTrainer
Brian S. Williams, brings 30+ years of healthcare management and executive experience to MedTrainer as a founding member and VP of Compliance. Throughout his career, he has managed hundreds of healthcare workers at organizations including Cedars-Sinai and Long Beach Memorial Hospital.
He has led teams through a multitude of challenges, including both natural and human-made emergencies, regulatory changes, and digital transformations. He has served on the MedTrainer Education and Development Board, authored numerous compliance courses, and consistently presents at national healthcare conferences. Brian is a self-proclaimed lifelong learner and enjoys empowering fellow compliance professionals to be successful.
