Tammy Collett, RN, BSN
Director of Nursing, Mountain Comprehensive Health Corporation
Tammy Collett, RN, BSN is currently the director of nursing for Mountain Comprehensive Health Corporate (MCHC), one of the largest federally-qualified health centers in the U.S. As of 2024, MCHC has 13 locations in two states. Tammy’s nursing career began in 2008 as a LPN working in long-term care. She spent nearly a decade of her career as a registered nurse before shifting to quality services and compliance roles. As MCHC’s Director of Quality Improvement, Tammy helped the organization maintain compliance and quality through rapid expansion and made the decision to implement MedTrainer’s all-in-one compliance platform. In 2023, Tammy was promoted to Director of Nursing where she oversees hundreds of clinicians and ensures quality care. She serves on advisory boards for Southeast Kentucky Community and Technical College, Boys and Girls Clubs of Appalachia, and LKLP Health and Mental Health Services Advisory Council. Tammy is a Christian, wife, mother of three, and grandmother of two.
Brian S. Williams, MHA, MBA
VP of Compliance, MedTrainer
Brian S. Williams, MHA, MBA, brings 30+ years of healthcare management and executive experience to MedTrainer as founding member and VP of Compliance. Throughout his career, he has managed hundreds of healthcare workers at organizations including Cedars-Sinai and Long Beach Memorial Hospital.
He has led teams through a multitude of challenges, including both natural and human-made emergencies, regulatory changes, and digital transformations. He has authored numerous courses and articles, and works closely with all facets of the company.
Brian is a self-proclaimed lifelong learner and a graduate from the Masters of Health Administration program at the University of Southern California, where he has been learning and applying the principles of population health management and value-based care. Mr. Williams also holds a Masters of Business Administration from the Peter F. Drucker and Masatoshi Ito Graduate School of Management, and certificates in Strategy and Management.
He continues to be driven by a love of learning and empowering fellow compliance professionals to be successful. Brian has recently spoken at several primary care association conferences from Kentucky to Oregon.
