Building Compliance From Foundation to Automation
Wednesday, June 25, 2025 at 10 a.m. PT
When you're managing HIPAA, training, credentialing, and policies (often with less support than you'd like), there's little room for error and even less time to keep up.
But effective compliance doesn’t require a big department. It requires structure, consistency, and smart systems that help you make the most of your time and resources.
In this webinar, Kimberly Heimback, Director of Quality and Compliance at Western New York BloodCare, will share how she built a full-scale program that supports her entire organization. She’ll explain how she continues to evolve her compliance strategies to simplify day-to-day work and create a safer, more organized environment where staff can focus on their roles, not compliance tasks.
