From Disruption to Direction: Making Technology Work for You in Compliance

Tuesday, June 17, 2025 at 12 p.m. PT

Yesterday’s way of doing things isn’t working in today’s healthcare organization. The demands are too high and the risks too great. Technology, specifically AI and automation, is changing healthcare operations and it’s how savvy leaders are increasing their team’s efficiency and remaining audit ready.

In a live webinar on Tuesday, June 17, Nebraska Orthopaedic Center CEO Suzi Gausman will share her perspective on compliance and the role technology plays. Together, Suzi and MedTrainer COO Kevin Stineman will explore how AI and automation can be most effective in healthcare organizations, and the provider education needed for effective implementation.

You’ll leave this webinar with:

Insight into how a healthcare CEO is thinking about compliance and technology
Low-risk, high-reward opportunities to implement emerging technology
A framework to ensure your technology is serving you — not the other way around

Suzi Gausman Headshot-10

Suzi Gausman

CEO of Nebraska Orthopaedic Center

Suzi Gausman joined NOC after a healthcare career as a health system compliance director, a multispecialty clinic VP of Compliance and Engagement, and an internal medicine clinic executive director. NOC is a large orthopaedic clinic (27 Surgeons) with a wholly owned ASC, and ownership in Lincoln Surgical Hospital.

“It is important for me to understand how what I do in compliance contributes to excellence in patient care. Some people see compliance programs as limiting, but I see them as freeing! When policies and procedures are a well thought out and standard part of every-day operations, patients are safer, and employees and physicians are free to do what they do best.”

Good systems allow good teams to thrive, and Suzi devotes her career to a collaborative approach to developing good systems.

Suzi lives in Lincoln, NE with her husband Paul.  They have two grown and married kids that are an incredible source of joy!  While not working to improve healthcare processes for both patients and providers, Suzi loves to jam with her garage band (“not for public consumption”), head out in her kayak, or participate in any number of fun fitness activities.
