The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) is putting the finishing touches on three final rules related to prescribing medication via telemedicine. The current temporary rule expires at the end of 2025, which is an incentive for change. Is your organization prepared for the compliance of future telehealth services under pending final rules?

During this 20-minute live virtual session, MedTrainer VP of Compliance Brian Williams will discuss the changes between the temporary and proposed final rules, the importance of a permanent regulatory solution, potential challenges for providers and patients, and much more.

You’ll get insight into:

  • What the DEA is hoping to accomplish
  • Policy changes that may be required
  • Process improvements to remain compliant
  • And so much more!
