In her current role she manages compliance details on many levels from hospital and ASC access to medical education. Jordyn has experience working in the operating room, cadaveric training labs, and with R&D at various companies. As someone working in healthcare, Jordyn has had to navigate the compliance landscape and understands the pitfalls and challenges of maintaining current in multiple areas of this industry.

Holly Nagatoshi, RN, BSN, MSN Ed is an experienced Nurse Executive and Clinical Operations leader with over 30 years of diverse clinical and leadership experience. Currently she works with organizations as a Senior Healthcare consultant. Holly has served as a member of the UCA Quality Program Committee for several years and is an UCA Accreditation Surveyor.
Holly has held various positions throughout the years in acute care to include: Chief Nursing Officer, Director of Emergency Services and multiple service lines with operational, quality and regulatory compliance responsibility.

David Shapiro is an anesthesiologist with extensive experience as a department chair, medical director, and board member of several ASCs. He serves on the Boards of both the Florida Society of Ambulatory Surgery Centers and the Ambulatory Surgery Center Association and is a Past President of the latter Organization. Additionally, he is Chair Elect of the Board of the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Healthcare (AAAHC), an Organization for which he also conducts healthcare facility surveys on behalf of AAAHC and Medicare.
