Building Organizational Clarity Through Compliance

 Thursday, July 17, 2025 at 11 a.m. PT

As healthcare organizations evolve — through expansion, acquisitions, or the addition of new services — operational misalignment often follows. Address inconsistencies result in enrollment application rejections, documentation and training vary by location, and no one is quite sure which spreadsheet is the source of truth. These challenges are frustrating on a good day and can lead to costly delays, compliance gaps, or widespread confusion on bad ones.

In this webinar, Tara Ravi, a healthcare attorney and Partner at Parker, Hudson, Rainer & Dobbs LLP, shares how compliance leaders can bring structure to the chaos. You’ll learn how compliance can drive consistency, surface and resolve process breakdowns, and support scalable operations. Whether you're managing growth or trying to align existing workflows, this session offers practical guidance to strengthen internal coordination and clarity.

Get Insight Into:

How to recognize process breakdowns before they become compliance risks
The role compliance should play in standardizing information
How to gain leadership backing and maintain a team environment
✓  And much more!
