The Case for Automation: How Credentialing Software Can Reclaim Your Time
Tuesday, September 29, 2026 at 11 a.m. PT
Somewhere along the way, credentialing turned into a job that doesn't fit in a workday. It doesn't have to be that way.
In this live webinar, veteran credentialer Mary Carol Michaud, PESC, will show you how to reclaim your time with credentialing software that automates tasks. She’ll walk through the full credentialing lifecycle and pinpoint where the hours actually disappear: the repetitive manual tasks that quietly eat your week and are the most ready to be handed off to software. You'll leave able to look at your own workflow and know which tasks should still take your team's time and which shouldn't.
Then she'll tackle the better question: what do you do with the time you get back? She'll share how leading credentialing teams reinvest those reclaimed hours, become proactive instead of reactive, and make unintended overtime a thing of the past.
You'll learn:
- Which credentialing tasks can and should be automated — and which still need a human
- Where in the credentialing lifecycle the most time can be shaved
- How automation reduces not just hours, but errors and burnout
- What leading credentialing teams do with the time they reclaim — and how they stay proactive instead of reactive
